Policies

All major specific policies can be found in the AGPM Handbook or in the General Catalog. If you have questions about policies or anything not listed in the handbook or catalog, email the AGPM advising team.

Enrollment 

• AGPM Petition for Undergraduate Individual Studies Course
  • Please fill out the form. Once your Faculty Sponsor confirms, the PPD staff will send you the course ID to use for enrollment.
• AGPM Course Substitution Petition
  • View a list of pre-approved AGPM course substitutions. You do not need to submit another petition for a course if it is already on this list. This petition form will be checked by the advisor on a monthly basis.

Academics

• Petition to declare a major or minor
• Appeal to Repeat a Class More Than Once (Triple-Take Request)
