Advising Overview
The Art & Design: Games + Playable Media (AGPM) undergraduate advisor and peer advisors can help you clarify your educational goals, select classes that complement your academic interests and develop an individualized plan of study.
Hours & Information
Appointments
During Advising appointments with the undergraduate advisor can be made via Slug Success. Students can make appointments with a peer advisor below in the Peer Advising Section.
Drop-In Advising
Visit us during Drop-In Hours for quick (5-10 min.) advising questions. This is a first-come basis service. The wait time can vary depending on the time of the quarter and upcoming deadlines. Be sure to double check if the Drop-in is in person or via zoom.
Email Advising
Please allow 3-5 business days for a response, particularly around high volume times such as advising week and enrollment. When you are emailing us please always use your UCSC email account, and provide your full name and student ID number (SID). If you have a time sensitive matter (i.e. signature required or information needed by a deadline), please put “urgent” or “time sensitive” in the subject line. Otherwise student emails are responded to in the order received.
